We have two chairs reserved specially for our hygiene patients. Here our patients will be seen by a hygienist who will evaluate their oral hygiene, clean their teeth, and give advice on how to maintain good oral hygiene. After the hygienist has completed their exam, one of our doctors will see the patient for their dental exam and oral health screening.
We have one room designed as our quiet room where we see our patients who may need more individualized care. All the same procedures are conducted here that are done in the operatory room.
Our operatory room is where we conduct many exams, orthodontic checks and where we can repair teeth.
When you enter our waiting room you will be greeted by our front desk staff, if you are here for a routine cleaning you will be asked to update your health history as well as your address, phone number or insurance information. If you are here for other dental procedures, you will be asked about how your child is and possibly if they have had much to eat that day. After you have checked in, our staff will pull your child’s record and let the doctor know you are here for your appointment. You and your child can have a seat in the waiting room where they can enjoy playing with toys, video games or watching a movie on our television.

Our Hygienists -
Linda has worked for in Dr. Bitner’s office since 1993. She attended the University
of Wisconsin, Madison and Whitewater from 1980-
Ann and Liz are new to our staff. They both graduated from Waukesha County Community College in 2010 with degrees in Dental Hygiene.
Our Dental Assistants -
We have three dental assistants who work in our office. You will often times see them next to the doctor helping make sure each procedure moves along smoothly and without delays. They ensure each chair is ready for our patients before they arrive.
Our Front Desk Staff -
The staff at the front desk will greet you when you arrive. They are here to answer questions about the visits, the office, billing, and appointments. They can work with you to get the best appointments for you and your family.
